NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Fitness Nutrition Specialists

TRX: STC, FTC, SMSTC, AGTC

My fitness journey began in 1996 when I was right out of high school, 60 pounds overweight, and could no longer fit into my clothes. I knew that I needed to make a change to my lifestyle. At the time I was working for a fitness company delivering equipment which is where I met a Personal Trainer who gave me a plan to lose weight and eat healthy. I promised myself that I was going to dedicate as much as I can to this journey and within a year I had lost 50 pounds and developed a new love for fitness.

Over the next 20 years, I would have my ups and downs and would run into many speed bumps while battling depression and family struggles, but I always remembered the promise I made to myself and my journey by continuing to make the right food choices and focusing on my strength training. In 2013, I made the decision that I wanted to help others with the same struggles so I began studying to be a Personal Trainer. I knew I wanted to pay forward the same guidance to others to get in better shape, be more confident live a healthy lifestyle, and reach their goals. Today I have won the battle but the fight and journey never ends

I work with all fitness levels and I specialize in strength & conditioning, muscle & cardio endurance with an emphasis on building overall body strength, mobility, balance, flexibility, and range of motion as well a more balanced weight loss program
